We’ll work together to identify your goals and schedule training to fit with your life.

Communication

Check-ins at least once a week to evaluate if your training plan is effective and make adjustments as needed. Available throughout the week as well.

Well Rounded Programming

As a UESCA Certified Triathlon Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, we will assess your strengths and areas for improvement to help focus your training plan.

Running Journey

In 2010 I ran my first half marathon and absolutely hated it (because I didn’t train properly for it). In 2013 my best friend talked me into meeting her in Disney for the Princess Half Marathon, which went a little better. In 2016 I ran 3 more half marathons in 3 different states and an idea was born! I would start training properly and traveling the country to run. Over the next 8 years, I traveled across the country and completed at least a half marathon in every state (including two full marathons and three 70.3 triathlons).

About Me

Triathlon Journey

While training for my half marathons, I decided I was ready for an additional challenge. I started training with a friend for an Olympic triathlon, participated in a sprint triathlon with her and signed up for my first 70.3 race shortly after that!

I have since self coached and competed in four 70.3’s and reduced my finish time by an hour and fifteen minutes.

Coaching Journey

In 2023 I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and began coaching at F45 which I continue to do. And in 2024 I became a UESCA Certified Triathlon Coach and am currently working with individual athletes whose goals range from running a 5k to doing an Ironman.

I love sharing my passion for fitness and endurance sports with people, and look forward to where this journey is going.

  • Pricing is based on your goals and/ or type of event you’re training for (Triathlon, Marathon, Half Marathon, etc.) and if you would like a strength program included.

  • The length of a training program depends on your training goals, generally beginning with an eight week program.
